Today we visited Hungry Lion Cape Gate but from the moment we stepped foot, the experience was not a pleasant one

Today we visited Hungry Lion Cape Gate but from the moment we stepped foot, the experience was not a pleasant one. It was myself and husband and our 5yr old son. We were not greeted, my husband greeted the young lady before placing an order. We ordered a Jumbo meal plus 3 plain vanilla ice cream cups. The chicken was cold, dry and crispy which was very weird n the chips were dry and cold as if I they were hanging out for a couple of hours. We were not even asked how we would like our chicken but anyway I asked for the chicken to be half normal and half spicy. This picture is a strand we found on one of the ice creams which was very off putting. The overall experience was very disappointing because we really enjoy Hungry lion more than any other fried chicken. Definitely a 0/10 but we’ll continue buying from Hungry lion just not the one in Cape Gate. Thanks
