They don't even deserve a star

<p>I went to the shop in my lunch time as I have before. I received my receipt and waited for my order, the que was longer than usual but it the wait isn't long. After 30 minutes of waiting I enquired about my order to which they rep**** the chips wasn't ready I then gave my order number to the teller turns out my order never made it to the kitchen and was shouted out from the kitchen by the workers. I asked to speak to a manger and there was no manger on duty. </p> <p>This was uterrly disgusting and poor service </p>
