THE WORST SERVICE AND FOOD EVER

The worst experience I have had at a food store. On Saturday (05/04/2025),me and my husband tried out for the 1st time to buy food at Hungry Lion in Promenade Mitchells Plain as we always buy at Westgate Mall and didn't think that we would have any other experience than what we normally get at their Westgate Mall branch, which, by the way, is wonderful service. The line was already out by the shop running into the isle, we did not mind waiting, when we got the cashier to place our order, the cashier confirmed we will have to wait half an hour for our food as they have a lot of orders and they are making chicken.We accepted, place our order and waited. After waited more than half an hour, they called our order number,by the way we just ordered 2x Big Boss Cheese Burgers, we got the food,sat down in the store and started eating, just to bite into ice cold food:-( Now because we were very hungry by then and the shop was packed, we ate the food. Before we left, I went to the one lady who called out the orders and ask het why did they let us wait this long just to give us cold food, she reconned its not her as she don't work in the kitchen.
