I was at your Gugulethu branch last Saturday, 19 December. At the till, I dealt with a lady who's name begins with a P. She gave particularly great service.

She was very patient with taking the orders and accepted the changes with a smile. She even communicated with the kitchen staff to make sure that all my items were available.

Even when the kitchen wasn't making it easy for her, she still managed to keep her cool and returned to me with a smile and courteous service.

I hope you guys hire more people like her.
