TERRIBLE SERVICE never received my order

Good afternoon , i trust that my message would come across, but i am extremely extremely upset with service at hungry lion, ive been experiencing baf service gor the past two weeks, on Thursday me and my husband placed an order on bolt foods after 6pm for tripple big boss burgers, it has been almost 9pm and still received no burgers, i calked the driver he said he is still waiting on my order and then placed me on the call with the hungry lion staff, the ladu casually told me oh sorry i dont know then where is ur food i gave it to a other driver, no apology nothing and hung up. Bear in mind it was not a bolt food driver she gave thr food to. I left it as im not one to complain and people make mistakes. I then devided yesterday to drive to hungry lion the same store that gave my food to the wrong driver. When i got there to order 2 triple big boss burgers she then casually told me sorry we only have three fillets you can get obe and buy yiur husband a big bite 2, the audacity to tell me what i need to buy my family, i then told her this is dissapointing as last week my food was given away and when i devide to drive they out of fillets. Then i decided to drive to another suburb to buy the burgers i get there and they also out of fillets, i again ended uo not able to taste these burgers, kindly advise where can i lodge a complaint as this is terrible service. Hungry lion zevenwacht mall really had no way to service customers
