Terrible service, *********** staff

I was at the hungry lion in Promenade and I had the worst experience ever, I have never been treated with such disrespect. First of all when I got to the cashier I wasn't even greeted she just kept yelling next while having a conversation with another customer which seems to be her friend and that left me standing behind her friend talking over him. I ordered my food, she was so rude rushing me and yelling the price and I wasn't even done ordering. I ordered at 16H11 I only got my food at 17H00 and no one had bothered to tell me there was a waiting time for chicken because if they had I wouldn't have bought anything and waited nearly an hour for my food. When my food arrived I checked it and it was all wrong, I wanted spicy chicken and that wasn't spicy chicken it was normal chicken I then asked the lady who was calling out the order to change it and she did I also mentioned that they did not pack my chips in either, this all took another 15 mins. I was so frustrated I asked for the manager and the cashier said that the manager says she is busy ? I mean really now, busy? Where was she while her store is being run poorly in the front area with no time management. Eventually when my food came they brought me coleslaw instead of mash and then told me they don't have mash and again no one mentioned this to me, what poor communication s****s they have and to just give an alternative that I did not ask for. Anyway when I got my food back for a 3rd time they did not replace my wings in the box ?♀ at this point I'm still waiting for the manager who never came out after countless times I requested for her. Poor service
