Terrible Service

I would like to complaim about the terrible service at Bloemfomtein Heidedal Twin City Mall.

The workers there are always rude. Ita like they are doing us a favor. Ive observed this type of service for over a year now but I can no longer keep quiet.

I dread going to that store, its like they were.l not offered any customer service training at all. Please assit and make this store more pleasant to go to.
