Terrible service

I went to hungry lion Sontonga Mall Katlehong yesterday it was my first time going there and it will definitely be my last what a terrible experience I placed an order at 16:01 and the lady said it will take 15-20mins I said okay it's fine I can wait guess what my order only went out at 16:55 that's practically an hour how can a client wait for an hour to get food their service is extremely poor
