Terrible customer service at Hungry Lion Adderly street

One thing about Hungry Lion, it truly doesn’t have many restaurants, but because they have some of the best chicken burgers hear I was thinking finding a restaurant and making it there will always be worth it. Until, I went to this one where I received the worst service. After waiting for what felt like forever cause some tills are operating, God know why… I finally reached a cashier who was subtly rude and condescending. I placed my order and requested a specific chicken piece only to be told I have to take what they give me as they don’t allow people to choose pieces which was a shock as I don’t get why after paying my own money I must eat what I am not happy with particularly if the is nothing in the menu indicating same. So if Hungry lion overall as a brand operates this way then I am now happy to go to other franchises whose staff values our money and us as customers not treat us like they are doing us a favour. To make things worse the lady even called her manager who was just as rude and joined her in treating me like a beggar, imagine having to argue about such nonsense while tired from waiting in queue and hungry.
