Super Sunday at Hungry Lion SUCKS!!!!!!!

To whom it may concern,

I don't appreciated the promotions that you are currently running or the theme thereof as the staff does not accommodate it at all.

Went to Hungry Lion today, excited about the Specials happening today Golden Acre Cape Town CBD. This was only to wait for 20 minutes to be served at the counter with like two people in front of me and one behind me.. The shop was literally empty when I got there.

The police also showed up, the line started moving. I eventually placed an order at 12:36:30. Waiting as I only had half an hour left of my lunch.

MY FOOD ONLY CAME AT 12:56.... The burgers had minimum sauce even after asking for extra sauce. Two of the burgers had no tomato on them. The guy that was standing behind me was still busy ordering at the counter that I ordered from as he was informed that they will be closing in a hour, they are unable to make any other burgers.

The staff has no sense of urgency, the food is **** and there is no customer service at all. I do not think this is what has made you exists for 21 years, it is disgraceful and sad.

Just thought I'd voice my opinion.
