STALE AND CHARRED ORDERS! VERY BAD!

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the quality of food I received in two separate orders placed on the 28th of July 2025 and the 1st of August 2025 On both occasions, the meat was burnt- charred and stale. On the 28th of July, my order was sticky wings and fries and guess what, even the fries were stale, not fresh and were dunked in sauce. Overall the food presentation was extremely poor—far below the standard one would expect from your Protea Glen Mall establishment.

The first order was placed via Mr Delivery, and the second through Uber Eats. After the first incident, I had hoped it was a once-off error. However, to experience the same issue again within the same week was deeply disappointing, everything was crackling in my mouth. Even more concerning is the fact that no one has acknowledged or taken any action to address the matter after the first complaint I laid via the Mr, Delivery platform and this is my second complaint.

As a paying customer who enjoys supporting local restaurants, I find this lack of accountability unacceptable. I urge you to take this issue seriously and investigate what went wrong. A response would be appreciated to ensure this does not continue to happen to other customers.

It's quite distasteful that after numerous emails sent to customer service and Head Office, no one has been in touch, let alone acknowledge my query.
