Spoiled food and terrible experience with rotten food at Hungry lion East london Taxi city

Im writing to to lodge a complaint regarding a highly disappointing and concerning experience with Hungry lion in East london Taxi city branch which unfortunately remains completely unresolved.

On the 31st of May 2026 l purchased food from Hungry lion that was completely rotten and had an awful bed smelling odor. Serving poor quality,spoiled food is a major health and safety concern and it is unacceptable to be handed and order in that condition...l called Hungry lion customer care line and they didn't get back to be till now and we are starting a new week.

I have previously sought advice and attempted to follow up to get a proper resolution such as refund, voucher or meal replacement but the issue has still not be handled .
