Slow service

I called hungry Lion Botshabelo on Saturday to order food on behalf of our parliament for 250people on Saturday,came to an agreement with the manager that on Sunday around 8am I will come pay for the food and collect them at 11:00am. I did so as per agreement, arrived at 11:30am to collect and only 94 takeaways were ready! When I ask him why isn’t my order ready his response was “I am running a business here” as if the transaction was not part of doing business. This people are slow and they do not care about efficiency or customer service, my order was finished at 13:30. I do not recommend this place especially for bulk orders, they did not want to give me sufficient suchets,plastics or serviets! I’m so disappointed with their service!
