Sies! Disgusting! I hope they close down

SIES! please rather close down! The brand new shop at Upington Kalahari mall is disgusting! Filthy! Floor washing buckets standing on the same counter as food is prepared.Floors very dirty.Music playing so loud you have to scream at the cashier,who by the way can't speak Afrikaans ,but she works in an Afrikaans majority community. Half of the menu Items not available.Staff playing on their phones than serving customers.We waited for 50 minutes for 2 burgers and wings before demanding our money back and rather support another franchise. I have never seen such a disgusting food service in my life.I hope they get closed down soon
