short order and bad service

On the 6th of this month, I went to Hungry Lion in Green-acres Mall. We ordered 40 Wings at about 17H52. We got our order and we went home, we dished only to find that there was 30 wings means 10 wings short. I immediately contacted Hungry Lion on WhatsApp, they requested i send the slip and the wings which I did. They asked if i was related to Chuma and said yes, apparently Chuma also lodged a complaint. They rep**** to me saying they will close my ticket and speak to Chuma. They called Chuma and Chuma missed their call and they never contacted Chuma again. Yesterday decided to chat to them again, i was asked to send all the datails which i did, till now still waiting for their response.
