Services unacceptable

I don't even know where to start but the service I received from Hungry Lion in Korsten Port Elizabeth was appalling. Understandably so, it was busy yesterday on Friday 25 but not that much. I don't mind waiting for over 45 minutes for my order but receiving it with a missing piece was something else after spending R200 on a 10 piece meal. What is even worse is that I know that nothing will be done as I've always had complaints and reported them about some of your other store. When I buy something I do it looking forward to feed mouths that those pieces would be enough for then I have to find myself having to make do with what you guys served as if my and my family is some charity case. I'm every disappointed.
