Rude Staff Member

On Saturday afternoon I decided to visit Promenade Mall with my little ones ,to do some shopping . After doing our shopping I decided to visit the food court as they were hungry and they also wanted Ice Cream. Since we wanted chicken I decided to go to Hungry Lion. Firstly I seated the kids down and went to order. When I go to the till I was attended to by Asive , I gave her my order and she left me there while I was still giving her my order and attended to a colleague of hers and a customer who I assume received an incorrect order. I was left standing there and with no explanations whatsoever,luckily the next till was empty so I went to the next lady. The lady took my order and Asive eventually came back when I was about to make payment. She then acted suprised and asked if the other lady was taking my order. I rep**** and said "yes because you left me here with no explanation or apology'. She waved her hand with no care in the world as her response was "It's fine". At that point I was fuming ,she did not see it fit to apologise, she saw nothing wrong with her appalling service and bad behaviour. I was then venting and expressed to her that I am no happy with the way she attended to me. Still she did not apologise instead she was also shouting back at me. One of her other colleagues took her to the back , I asked for the manager which also didn't bother showing up. I asked the lady who was assisting me for the manager and was told she's also at the back, probably scared to come out. Other staff members apologised on her (Asive) behalf, while she continued being arrogant and proud of herself for undermining a loyal customer. She does not even deserve to be in the frontline of a business as she knows nothing about Customer Service.
