RUDE MANAGER HUNGRY LION

on the 18/11/2025 ,went to hungry lion protea glen mall for the special before 11oclock..i ordered the special and later i saw that if you add 20 rand u get free chips and cold drink..i asked the cashier that i didnt see it earlier if its possible can i add 20 for chips and cold drink...she told me i its not allowed once you placed order you cant cancel it,i requested the manager he also told me its not allowed u cant cancel order ..the name of the manager is TEVIN BINGHAM..he was very rude and didnt even give me an option at all..he told me hungry lion doesnt cancel order once its done..that time food was not even made...his very rude ans arrogant and his not willing to listen to customers or staff suggestion..i had to pay separate for chips,,,i left there very unhappy..
