Rude cashier

I went to hungry lion dwarsloop mall and bought chocolate sundae syrup ice cream but to my surprise the lady just poured the ice cream without the syrup and left me with it on the counter.I called her back (sesi,sesi,sesi) she ignored me but this other colleague of her pointed at me to show her that I'm calling her she ignored me still.Thats when I increased my volume calling her she came after finishing her meat discussion with her colleagues.When she came she told me to call her properly and stop shouting!I told her "I called you but you ignored and you didn't pour syrup on my ice cream.She continued to tell me how she thought I wanted meat when I was there only for ice cream. I didn't get her name but she is pregnant and was on the till now arrount 18:55.Very rude
