Rotten food

We bought a burger meal and was given rotten under cooked patties. When we went back to return the food the manager didn't even ask or apologise,we had to call him to come talk to us even then he didn't apologise. Instead he tried arguing with us. We waited for the meal for more than 20 minutes then had to go back again which meant our whole lunch hour was wasted.

Hungry lion bank city needs better management and customer services training. Their service leaves a lot to be desired. Never going back.
