Refund and ****ty customer service

I have been emailing asking about my refund that had to be done with no response. Today I called customer service and the person who assisted me has no customer service skills at all. I asked for a manager 5 times and I couldn't get assisted. I want my refund processed and I want to deal with professional customer service agents not people who does not know how to speak to customer.
