Realy Bad service

I was standing in line for while finally getting to the counter to place my order and paying for my food I almost waited an hour longer before receiving my food. People coming after already left with their food I then asked one of the employees where my order is because I've been waiting more the 20min and people that came after already left. She went to the kitchen staff and asked them about my order amazingly my order never found its way to the kitchen and I had to wait another 20min for the chicken that have just been placed in the oven joh I've never been a unreasonable person when it comes to restuarant food etc but I was very mad and disipointed because I paid the food and service but it was very poor I almost lost a local taxi transport to home waiting for a order really really bad service
