Poorly service delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Hungry Lion. This is not the first time that customers have had to wait an unreasonably long time just to receive their food. The waiting times are honestly unacceptable, especially for something as simple as burgers and chips.

Every time I visit, there are long queues of people standing outside waiting for orders, while service inside moves incredibly slowly. Burgers seem to take forever to prepare, and there are often very few noticeable staff members working in the kitchen. At times, even the cashier at the till has to leave the front and help at the back just to try and speed things up.

It creates frustration for customers and gives the impression that the branch is understaffed or poorly managed during busy periods. People are paying customers and should not have to wait excessive amounts of time for fast food.

I hope management seriously looks into improving staffing, kitchen efficiency, and customer service because this has become a repeated issue and not just a once-off bad experience.
