Poor service, Lack of Communication &Dirty restaurant

I went to Hungry Lion at Bellville the one close to SARS building. A lady named Thabi assisted me and took my order.First impression was that it was filthy and when I looked at the kitchen also around the counter it was extremely dirty (pretty much disgusting). I ordered 3 pieces of chicken with chips on the side. I waited for my order about 55 minutes on the line and there were people who were there for much longer than me. I asked them what is going on and they said they are still going to prepare the chicken yet I was there for an hour and no communication whatsoever. The manager was there but chose to stay at the back as we were frustrated and hungry. The service was bad and poor communication and no remorse. I asked for my money back and they took time to give it to me . I went home hungry and angry as I had hopes that I would have food .
