Poor Service + Incomplete Order

Went to Morena mall, wait for my order for about 30mins before I got an incomplete order. Only noticed when l was on my way home that the order had chips missing. Called the call centre on arriving home they directed me to scan the code on the receipt and complete the compliant process which I did on Thursday 6 November and till now 11 Nov nothing has happened.
