Poor Service and Unskilled Staff

I visited the Hungry Lion branch at the Ridge Shopping Center on Friday the 24th October 2025. I was told that the order would take 25min to be served. I waited for more than an hour. The Manager and staff were very disrespectful and didn't even inform the patrons what the delays were. While at the restaurant I did write an email to the Hungry Lion call center. On Monday 27th Oct I called the call center, an agent did verify that they have received my email and will transfer to the agent who's dealing with my complaint. The phone just rang non stop with no one answering. Till today I've received no response from the Call Center of Hungary Lion. Very disappointed in them and thinking twice of supporting them again.
