Poor Service and Unhappy Customer

I am very upset at Hungry Lion right now . Just an hour ago I was at Hungry Lion with my partner at the Bellville branch. We were first told that no bank cards are used only cash then we had to leave the long line to get cash. By the time we came back we had to start over the line to get assistance. When it was finally our turn the customer service we received was not good at all , no one was friendly even the cashier that was helping us . The time now was around 16:30 .. we waited for our order for waited for our order for almost 2 hours on the line and no one gave a damn explaining why we had to wait nor apologised. When you check at the back of the kitchen the people that were meant to prep our order were chatting , dancing and laughing couldn’t care less about us. I am not happy at all , I have been a hungry lion customer now I’m very disappointed with the level of service I received. By the time I ate my stomach had already gave up on me .
