Poor service and incomplete order

I had the most unpleasant service at hungry lion middestad mall in Bellville first of all they made us wait outside but the shop wasn't even that full or lines long when we finally got inside they made up stories to say the chicken would take 20 minutes to be done we were okay with that, afterwards they changed stories to Say they only had spicy chicken since it was close to closing time. I ordered mega meal when I opened the bid they put chips on top so that I don't notice there was a missing piece of chicken I only saw when I got home and I was furious because I watingso long for the food now I can even share the meal with my sister and daughter as planned because there was only 5 pieces inside I took a pic of it mind you the chicken didn't even taste fresh as it usually does when I buy from other stores like N1city and cape Town CBD. Their staff has zero patience with customers yes the store closes at 4 but you can't treat customers like dogs just cause they're at the store close to closing time. I paid d full price for my food and their staff gave me food that was short on purpose because they did not want to make anymore chicken since it's close to closing time and that's not on. They were telling customers they're closed at 14:50 and they are supposed to close at 3pm
