Poor service

I am so disappointed and feel so disrespected. I ordered 10 dunked wings and 10 normal hot wings at 17:56 I asked the cashier how long will I wait and he said 10 minutes. I waited an 1 hour while everyone who bought food with wings after me got their orders. They even failed to explain why the delay and I kept asking are the wings ready and they kept saying they are out and I’ll get my order. They even had the audacity to say “wings are frozen and there are not wings” while I ordered and they accepted my order. Where is the curtesy to even apologise for making me wait while everyone gets their orders even after I waited 🥺😔. Not even an apology when I requested for a refund which I had to also wait for. DISAPPOINTING Service !!!!!
