Poor service

I went to Hungry Lion in Middestad Mall in Bellville on 21/03/2020. Stood in the Q to order for more than 20 mins as there was only 1 peraon on the tills and when I called the manager to ask why there was only 1 person assiting on the tills she advised there is not enough staff which doesn't make sense when the shop is open
