Poor service

<p>I am sorry to say that your promenade branch in mitchells plain really need to step up there game..Management packing my order and sti incorrectly and to chicken short.For the past month going in ther every time they pack plain chicken when I ask for spicy....tonight made my day...plain chicken again after I asked for spicy...I dont see why the cashier then ask plain or spicy because they pack whatever they feel without even. communicating.not to mention it was repacked with spicy and guess what one piece of chicken short....this was a middle sized coloured chubby guy who is also the manager on duty...you must be kidding me hungry lion...is it because its mitchells plain or do you just not care.....everytime I walk in there I feel like whats going to happen next..you cannot leave that storw without double checking your own order...that is digusting,poor,and so irritable...what if you get home and get you food messed up like this four times in a row....can someone please exain this?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
