Poor service

Second time I am buying from hungry lion president square, the service is so slow, poor service and unfriendly stuff. It is not busy but had to wait for my order for more than 30 min. One teller working Infront and once the order is out and place for collection she must go hand it over to the customer.while the is a qué that has not place an order. Please fix , they really can do better.
