Poor service

On the 3rd Dec ,i was charged twice for a bucket of 20 wings,i told the person that was helping me and she said the money will reverse but it never did so i went back on the 4th and i was told to bring bank statement so that they can send me back my money,went there with bank statement but nothing I've been going there and they always say tomorrow,tomorrow but till today i have not received my money Its hungry lion circus triangle mthatha
