Poor quality services

Oh my word, after loadshedding you have to wait 1hour and 15 min before they open the doors again, then wait an additional 30 min for your food after ordering and paying, then the lady behind the counter, removes her boot, stick her hand into her shoe, and continue working with her hands, not washing or sanitizing her hands, and she works with our food, this is absolutely disgusting, we ordered big, I'm very unhappy with their standard of services.
