Poor customer service and unnecessary long wait time

I’m am appalled by the poor customer service I received at Hungry Lion Port Shepstone Mall today. The lady at the counter served other people who came after me and only once I asked her why she then gave me the lame excuse of she didn’t see me yet I was right infront of her. I was all infuriated by the waiting time for my order, even though it was not bussy(Sunday) I still had to wait over an hour for my order. This is unacceptable and simply disrespectful.
