Poor customer service

Very bad expirience Khayelitsha mall on the23 of August Ekhayelitsha mall, where i had to wait for more than 30 min for and order, complained on WhatsApp and they asked for slip sent it to them, no one came bake to me the lady that was assisting mw had a very bad attitude, people after me got their orders before my orders were just standing on top of that meat stand no one apologized.i feel lime this hungry in Khayelitsha does not care about the customers
