Pay out my back pay

I was working for Hungry lion@Khayelitsha CBD and got fired on the 25th Feb 2020,they paid out my suspension money on 2nd March 2020 for the time I was suspended before I got fired and I was told to bring back the uniform and name tag so that I can get my back pay-I did exactly as they told me and bought back the uniform and their name badge but I didn't get my back pay.On the 9th March I thought they were going to get my money but I didn't and I sent Headman(Manager)a WhatsApp message telling him that I didn't get my back pay he just said ok and I asked him if he found out from Head Office as to why I didn't get my money he told me that the Company will pay out what they owe me and when I asked him when did they say they will pay he said they will pay out and I need to be patient as they(Head office) are dealing with +-30 stores and I needed to be patient,what I don't understand is to why I must wait for more than 2 weeks to get my back pay when I bought back their uniform coz I worked for that money I was supposed to get it as soon as I have the uniform back-how love long must I wait to get my back pay?and I was told that I will only get the UI 19 form after they paid my back pay so that means I'll wait forever coz I didn't get my back pay again this week as we were getting paid weekly on Mondays.
