Pathetic service at Hungry Lion Kuilsriver

I have received such a pathetic service at Hungry Lion in Kuilsriver Shoprite Centre. When I got in there was one customer in front of me to order and after she paid the ladies were busy chatting with each other and after 5 minutes I asked if there's no one to assist me, the other lady said she's still prepa ice cream and the one standing and chatting came and I made the payment.

I had to wait for more than 10 minutes even though there were no orders, and when the casher asked why they not preparing my 4 piece meal, the lady who prepares the meals was in front chatting and she went to the back and said there's no spicy meat I must wait for 3 minutes, which may be more so I asked them to mix the meat and as she was preparing she looked me on my face and chose all the smallest pieces which was 2 drumsticks, and 2 small side breasts. I'm really not happy with the service cus it's the second time that stuff gave me a bad service. I kept quiet the first time. This needs to be attended, their service is very poor.
