PATHETIC SERVICE

Today I went to hungry Lion Jabulani mall with my lil sister and had experienced the baddest service ever....Its really shocking how they treat customers. I gave my lil sister R250 to buy the TRY Me meals and 1 big boss burger all in all the whole order was R150 and my lil sister gave the cashier by the name of Khensane R250 and she only gave her R5 change then when my lil sister went back to her to approach her about the change she said she will check.

After sometime Khensane says the till money is not more with R100 and she was giving us attitude and not allowing me to even talk so I asked for them to check CCTV and they advised that they dont have cameras.

Then the "MANAGER" by the name of Lolo was just sitting there and didnt even reprimand her staff on how she was talking to us .So I said to the cashier why she is being defensive and she just agreed that she is indeed being defensive and I asked why would she feels a need to be defensive if she did nothing wrong.

The "MANAGER" just came and gave us the R100 no apology nothing....

When I get home and opened my takeaway my meals had no fries it was just dry burgers .
