pathetic service

Fazlohna took my order, she looked like she was in a extremely bad mood, didn't greet nothing, then gave my slip like she doesn't feel like work today, then I was about 15 mins there, she was alone infront, I saw a girl at the back I asked is my order there she nodded, I waited a bit, then I asked Fazlohna to please check behind her, then she said she's busy with a customer so I said after the customer, then she was talking back in a rude tome, and just went on with the line, I told her she's rude you don't talk to customers like that coz I would never, then I asked he to call the manager , then I asked another staff member to call the manager, then the staff member did, and when Fazlohna came to get sauce sachet I think she said something sarcastically, but I didn't hear what she said so I asked her if she's still being rude , then she said do you want me to say something because I don't care, she said this infront of the manager staff and cuztomers. This is the worsted service all all of the years that I've been going there that I've received, it's pathetic service, I'll rather go pay extra at KFC from now on, this hungry lion won't see me again ever. This lady needs training on how to treat customers, it's how you say it , not what you say. Still so shocked
