Pathetic service

I am here by broadway store in strand.Stedward Amerika the manager is rude and because i complaint about long and slow and unfriendly service he called security to put me out. Your service is pathetic. Frank the cashier pointed at me and told me he knows me and in away threatened me. Is that how you treat your customers.i feel like a ******** because security wants 2 put me out of a store😡😡you have 2 wait an hour for food. This is how slow the service is. I got here 2 store 18:00 and only left now @19: 08Stedward told me because i complaint i am no longer welcome in your store. Pathetic service. When i eventually got my food there was no chios and cooldrinks. I had 2 ask for it. Then they told me they just have sprite and i must just take it. They dont worry bout my choice..hiw pathetic can service be
