pathetic service

I went to hungry lion Liberty Promenade mall mitchells plain<br> I got to store 20:34 the shutter doors was halfway shut and I went in to ask if they still open and was told that they are closed i was quite surprised as the malls trading hours are till 21:00.<br> I proceeded to McDonalds and waited in the que.i then observed several other people going in and getting tended to by the same staff member who told me that they are closed.<br> After I got my food I went back to the hungry lion and asked the lady why I was told that they closed.<br> She explained that these people ordered their food before me but I witnessed them pay and waiting for their order.The staff member told me she was merely assisting the otuer clients with ice cream and that the chicken was now up whilst handing over what looked like a bucket to people that I witnessed coming in way after me.I then asked her way I was told that they closed without even offering me the opportunity to purchase ice cream as that was what my kids wanted initially.I wanted to buy chicken but understood the fact they were closed and accepted it.Why I was told that the people ordered before when its not true.why do you guys close before the does?
