Pathetic Service

Is there no starr perhaps Hungry Lion Goodwood Mall sucks big time!!After a long shift all excited on payday wanting to treat my family we head down to get the Tripple burgers and Tuesday two's places order lovely Shannon explained there would be a waiting time order placed at 20:23pm I'm in there with my kids it's now 20:45pm and I enquire as everyone after me has left the so called burger maker Amanda comes with another spin and I say to Shannon this ain't my problem it's way over time by 9:11pm I still haven't received my order this is when I requested a refund Cindy what a waste of space of a Manager screaming to me from the kitchen 5 minutes sies low class trash a person in her capacity my goodness,whilst lovely Chadler apologiesd and empathied with me a slobby fool comes from the back saying no no refunds if it's a card payment eventually that pathetic Cindy comes to me to explain how many orders they had I'm like other customers orders have nothing to do with me she just said sorry and gave my slip back!!Shannon went straight to the back and made the last burgers herself of anyone needs a clap its Shannon and Chadler I thanked them for their service keep up the good work!!Cindy and her kroonies in the kitchen sucks ass not another cool at the back saying loud in Xhosa don't cry ********* poor and cheap stinking disgusting service ever from those fools HUNGRY LION GOODWOOD MALL SUCKS NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! ****** *******s has no zero customer zero that stupid Cindy needs more training she's not knowledgeable of running a store dumb ass ****ed me off screaming from the kitchen and discussing me with staff when I escalated dumb ass well done and thank you again Shannon and Chadler!!
