Pathetic Poor Terrible Cheap Service

Good day <br> <br> i just visited your branch in Belville voortrekker and Wow what aweful service i received. i bought a big bite 2. Firsly i requested a thigh and drumstick whichj the cashier advised according to their PROCESS thats not possible i can only get a thigh and wing. i wanted to know why? and she said no its process, oh well that's a ******** process because a few weeks back a bought a tuesday 2 where i also requested the same and they advised they can only honor my request if i pay for a big bite. when i told her this she could not answer me. i requested to speak to the Manager she then rudely shouted out loud for the manager the manager rudely shouted back from i guess the back office or kitchen she then went to the back to call the manager this time telling me oh there is no chicken available it will 20-30minutes. so first of all i dont eat certain pieces therefore i requested a different piece secondly you employees really need to pull up thier socks just because you are a bit cheaper doesnt mean your service should be cheap, thirdly why did the manager not come when i requested to speak to her seems likes she running a back yard ****a shop. i ended up going to a KFC
