Palm springs hungry lion selling rotten meat
Monday evening my husband and I went to hungry lion palm springs to buy winglets. We got rotten winglets. I reported on the Whatsapp line, an agent called me to verify and said I will be called within 24hrs, still now I haven't received any feedback. We spend R150 on the winglets we couldn't eat and all we got was a guy telling us it is not their quality of standards. I want my money back. I can't spend so much and not even eat the damn meal. We know we struggle with loadshedding but that should not be a reason we a sold rotten food with below low average quality.

28 Sept 2023, 18:32The agent called and Apologized for the service I received so far, they also offered to replace the meal with a bit more winglets added as a gesture. I just hope to get a better meal next time, for now, apology accepted. It's sad because now I'm wondering with store I will go to redeem the voucher, vereeniging store, service is too slow, eyethu mall and palm springs are the same, had problems with both stores before so I'd rather avoid them.... I wish I stayed closer to soweto since I always received great service from branches that side
