Paid for food but never received it

On the 16th Aug 2025 at 18:43 my husband bought meal at your restaurant,Claremont main road for R173.70,paid with card.Machine processed and went off.The manager Ongeziwe told him to bring bank statement as proof that money went through,even after showing the sms from the bank and a screen shot from the banking app. Email was sent to *** the next day (17/08/2025) but no response until today but money is paid to Hungry Loin's account.Staff talking to each other saying he talks too much in Xhosa thinking that he doesn't understand them.
