Off winglets Hungry lion

I bought a wingfeast for R99 in hungry lion West gate mall and I was buying it for my work lunch as I'm working night shift on my way I ate the chips and there was nothing wrong and i ate the winglet and I notice a funny smell but I didn't think that its my favorite winglet but as I continue I tasted the offness I took the other piece and samething happened my winglets were off

I called their customer care and they told me to Whatsapp them and I'm so irritated by the fact that I used my airtime to call them and they dont give straight answer keeping on saying that I must send what's app even after I did that.. the country is in crises about the off food that foreign people shops are selling not knowing that our favorite Hungry lion is doing the same. Even if you don't reply Hungry lion to this I'll try other means until my voice is heard
