Off Chicken

Last week I did put a complaint in about the chicken that was off at one of the store I only got a Email now to tell me without a picture we can't proof anything so I would like to know how on each can you see in a picture that the chicken is off because it looked fine but the tast was off and there was a smell aswell we were not the only customers who had that problem. I have to say this is really very very bad customers service of Hungry Lion
