NOT SATISFIED/WRONG ORDER BUT NOT RETURNED

Good day, Im utterly appalled by this company, I've never been treated this way by any company. I sent my son to buy wings and chips at Hungry Lion Gugulethu branch, the customer service was very bad and they gave him the wrong order (12 pieces of chicken). When we return they didn't want, we ended up with the meat. When we got home the meat had a bad smell and this wasn't the first time, as the first I was eating and all the customers are complaining about the same thing but they did nothing. Your company will customers if your staff continue treating us like **** and I want this sorted out immediately. Otherwise I will escalate this to the ombudsman, I know my rights and I work with customers everyday. You don't even deserve the 1 star I've rated you.
