Not HOT wings

About last week my wife and I bought 20 wings at your PTA North store. We ordered HOT wings specifically as we love your wings. Unfortunately they were not HOT at all and they lacked taste. However, we just ate because it was our supper. Today we went again for the same 20 HOT wings. I told the cashier guy about our past experience that we did not enjoy the wings. He said maybe the hot wings were out of stock. Guess what, today's wings are not HOT also and I asked him to make them HOT as they used to be. We stopped eating the famous Chick Lick for about 3 years now because their meat is no longer what it used to be. I really don't want to get to that decision with Hungry Lion. We are just disappointed. We had to add our own chilli sauce from our fridge.
